Simply Gifts now deliver to PO Boxes! This new service is great if you are sending a gift to a home and do not want to give authority for the courier to leave it at the front door, in the event that they are not home. The courier will take it to the nearest post office instead! This is a fantastic service.
Should you enter the incorrect delivery address at the time of ordering we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please enter as much information as possible here, including unit number, street number and correct postcode. Details regarding your delivery charge and estimated delivery time may be inaccurate should the postcode entered be incorrect. In the event that the actual postcode differs from the postcode entered, any additional corresponding additional courier charges will be added to your credit card. We will seek your authorisation before administering any additional charge. This may delay the delivery of your gift.
Gifts are delivered during courier/office hours i.e. Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate destination for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Also, it is requested that you authorise for the gift to be left at the reception in the event that the recipient is not available to sign for the delivery.
Important: Any regional, WA, TAS, NT re-deliveries may incur an additional charge which will be billed to your credit card. This will not apply should you advise that the gift can be left at the premises i.e. home/work address.
There are some areas within Australia that are extremely remote. These areas can incur additional delivery charges. The majority of destinations are serviced by our couriers and can be delivered to the door for the advertised cost. We will advise of extra charges, or alternative delivery arrangements should they be required i.e. central pick up points for remote areas etc. |
