Returns and credits
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Simply Gifts if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender.

Item substitutes
Simply Gifts will endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value.
Displayed products
Some of our photographs have included optional products, that can be purchased, however, some photographs contain display items such as dishes, glasses etc. These are lifestyle props and are not included in the gift package unless specified.
