The complete credit card number is sent to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.  Your credit card number is not stored on our databases.

If you register with Simply Gifts you have access to update your personal account details at any time. does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 you cannot purchase any of our gifts that contain Alcohol.

We also collect the following information automatically – the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and computer connection information such as browser type and version.

Our Pricing

The standard view of our prices is in Australian Dollars and includes GST unless you choose one of the other currency options.

Displayed products 

Some of our photographs have included optional products, that can be purchased, however, some photographs contain display items such as dishes, glasses etc. These are lifestyle props and are not included in the gift package unless specified.

Liquor act

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By using this website you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Returns and credits

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Simply Gifts if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. All orders are trackable online through supplied consignment numbers.

In the case of Apparel that does not fit - these products can be returned to us and a refund will be processed. However the credit will only be applied once the goods are received back into our Warehouse and they are seen to be in an 'as new 'condition. If the size has not been advertised on the website then the refund will include the shipping cost paid and the cost of return.

If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly (or refund the credit card used ) to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender. Simply Gifts will pay for the cost of the postage.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

Item substitutes 

Simply Gifts will endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If goods are received in a faulty or damaged condition, you are entitled to apply for an exchange, credit or refund. We cannot refund where the recipient has decided they no longer require the product.

Gift Delivery

Gifts are delivered only within Australia.

The majority of our Gifts are delivered either the same Business Day or the following Business Day. However Gifts sent to remote areas of Australia can take up to 5 Business Days to reach their destination. In some cases deliveries are only made to the nearest Post Office. Gifts are not delivered at the weekend or Public Holidays.

For same business day delivery to Sydney metropolitan, gift orders must be placed before 10AM that day.

For next business day delivery orders must be received before 2:00 PM

Gift Vouchers

All valid and unused Simply Gifts’ Vouchers are fully transferable, however we accept no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Gift Vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the Gift Voucher(s).

Lost Gift Vouchers

If a Gift Voucher is received and subsequently lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement voucher emailed to them.

Conditions for replacement of lost Gift Vouchers:

The voucher is still valid and has not yet been exchanged or used.

Proof of purchase is provided; either an order number, purchaser's full name or purchaser's email address.

We are able to correctly verify you as the original recipient.

Gift Voucher Expiry

Simply Gifts’ Vouchers must be used within 36 months of purchase.

The expiry date is clearly displayed on all Gift Vouchers
